He used 1.3T for debt which is in reality the defict for this year's budget and came up with a ratio of 8 1/2%. We cannot ignore the debt from all the other years past, which is over 15T. Instead of 8 1/2, it's actually quickly approaching 104%. Greece is at 145%. At some point bond buyers will no longer believe they will get paid and quit buying.
